The discussion at the table last night

Last night, we invited a couple to eat dinner with us. Francine attends our church and knows the Lord, but her husband is a Catholic.  We have had several good contacts with him in the past and appreciate his friendship.   Also her father was visiting from Paris with them.

As it turns out, her father is a professor of philosophy in a high school in Paris.  He believes in God, but is obviously not a believer in Jesus Christ.  During the evening, we had a good discussion with him.

It is something how unbelievers will all come up with basically the same objections to the gospel and act as if we would have never even though of it.  But the Bible has the answers if they will but open their eyes and see.
